Sustaining Harmony is a new charity created to fundraise to support choirs like More Than Just A Choir, which has been around since 2009.

Working in harmony with the national charity Rethink Mental Illness, we aim to sustain and expand the reach and outreach of singing and social groups to create communities in song for people affected by mental ill-health, both in and beyond our founding ground of Harrow, extending to groups anywhere in the UK and online, anywhere in the world.

Since we moved online and Zoomed our way through 2020 we have been developing online singing and socialising sessions. All the content and time is provided free to the participants, beneficiaries of the service and we need to fund the activities to be able to sustain and build upon the community we have achieved since the choir first started meeting.

In June 2019 we celebrated our 10th Anniversary with a live concert with actual people in actual attendance.

November 2020 saw our 100th Zoom choir session and we are nearing 150 now.
We would, very much, appreciate your support to continue the work being done. Many thanks.
